Just Launch It™ – 8-Week Done-With-You Launch Immersion
These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants enrolled in Just Launch It™, an 8-week done-with-you launch immersion led by Terri Brown (“the Facilitator”, “we”, “us”). By enrolling in Just Launch It™, you agree to the following terms.
1. PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
Just Launch It™ is an 8-week, high-touch, done-with-you immersion designed to support women business owners to build and prepare a launch using professionally designed templates, guided implementation, and live support. Just Launch It™ is a business development and implementation programme designed exclusively for business owners. By enrolling in the programme, whether by full payment or payment plan, you confirm that you are purchasing the programme for purposes wholly or mainly connected with your trade, business, craft or profession and not as a consumer.
The programme includes (but is not limited to):
Live group sessions and implementation support
Access to fully designed funnel and automation templates
Guided installation and customisation support
Energetic Launch Blueprint and access to a custom Launch GPT's
Access to a private learning portal
Optional in-person retreat
Three (3) months access to The Launch Lounge following programme completion
This programme is educational and supportive in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, or business advice.
2. ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY
This programme is open to women business owners who:
Have an existing or developing offer they intend to launch
Are willing to actively participate and engage in the build process
Accept responsibility for implementing the work within their own business
You acknowledge that:
Results depend on your participation, decisions, and follow-through
You are responsible for your own business, systems, and actions
You have the authority to make changes within your business systems
3. FORMAT, DELIVERY & ACCESS
Duration: 8 weeks, starting on the advertised start date
Capacity: Limited spaces (strictly 12) to ensure personalised support
Delivery: Live group calls, guided implementation, and online resources
Recordings: Live sessions may be recorded and shared within the private programme space for enrolled participants only
Access to programme materials is provided for the duration specified at enrolment. Continued access beyond this period is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
4. PAYMENT TERMS & REFUND POLICY
Full payment or an agreed payment plan is required to secure your place in the programme. By enrolling, you are committing to the full programme fee, regardless of whether you choose to pay in full or via a payment plan. All payments must be made on time in accordance with your selected payment option. If a payment is missed or fails, access to the programme, including any live sessions, support, materials, and community spaces, will be paused immediately until the payment is brought up to date. You remain responsible for completing all outstanding payments under your agreed plan. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, the full remaining balance of the programme will become immediately due.
We reserve the right to recover any outstanding balance through appropriate legal channels if necessary. Continued non-payment may result in permanent removal from the programme without further access to materials or support.
The Client acknowledges that a payment plan is a method of payment and not a pay-as-you-go arrangement. Failure to continue participating in the programme, attend sessions, access materials, or make use of support does not remove the Client's obligation to complete all outstanding payments.
Refund Policy - Due to the nature of this programme, all payments are non-refundable.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Choosing not to attend live sessions
Not completing the programme
Deciding the programme is no longer suitable after purchase
Changes in personal circumstances
Upon enrolment, you are granted immediate access to proprietary materials, templates, and support. As such, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USE OF MATERIALS
All materials provided within Just Launch It™, including but not limited to:
Templates
Frameworks
Workflows
Training content
Written, visual, and digital assets
are the intellectual property of Terri Brown.
You are granted a single-user, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own business only.
You may not:
Share, resell, distribute, or reproduce programme materials
Provide templates or content to third parties
Use materials to create competing products or services
Unauthorised use may result in immediate removal from the programme without refund and potential legal action.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Participants agree to:
Maintain the confidentiality of all personal, business, and proprietary information shared by other participants
Respect the privacy and safety of the group environment. Any breach of confidentiality may result in removal from the programme without refund.
7. CODE OF CONDUCT
You agree to:
Engage respectfully and professionally
Contribute to a supportive, non-judgemental environment
Refrain from disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour compromises the safety or integrity of the programme. Removal under these circumstances does not entitle the participant to a refund.
8. RESULTS DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
While we provide structured support, templates, guidance, and education:
We do not guarantee results, income, or business outcomes
Success depends on individual effort, decisions, and implementation
You acknowledge that:
You are solely responsible for your business decisions
We are not liable for any financial loss, business outcome, or indirect damages resulting from participation
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk
9. OPTIONAL RETREAT
If an optional retreat is included or offered:
Attendance is not mandatory
Separate terms, logistics, and policies may apply
Travel and personal expenses are the responsibility of the participant unless otherwise stated
Details will be provided separately if applicable.
10. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to:
Update programme content or delivery methods
Make reasonable changes to improve the participant experience
Any material changes will be communicated clearly.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
