Studio One

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services delivered by Studio One, including strategic system design, websites, funnels, automations, sales infrastructure, email systems, calendar setups, community and course platforms, membership environments, and bespoke digital ecosystems. By accepting a proposal and/or making payment, you agree to the following terms in full.

Studio One Structure & Delivery

Studio One operates as a collaborative studio, bringing together experienced builders and specialists across multiple disciplines. This includes technical implementation experts, branding professionals, and website and systems specialists, with the intention of providing a cohesive and high-level service under one roof. All work is overseen and directed by Studio One to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with your overall vision. By proceeding, you acknowledge that your project may involve multiple specialists working under Studio One’s direction, with Studio One retaining full responsibility for the strategic oversight and delivery of the work.

Scope of Work

All services are delivered in accordance with the agreed proposal and onboarding discussions. Each project is bespoke in nature and tailored specifically to your business requirements. Studio One provides strategic input, system design, and technical implementation. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, services do not include copywriting, messaging, or content creation. Where such services are not included, you are responsible for supplying all required materials in a finalised and ready-to-use format. Any requests that fall outside of the agreed scope may require a revised proposal, incur additional fees, or be scheduled as a separate phase of work.

Platform & Systems

Studio One predominantly builds and delivers systems using Go High Level, alongside other agreed tools where appropriate. By engaging Studio One, you acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining active subscriptions to any required platforms and ensuring that all associated costs and accounts remain in good standing. Studio One is not liable for any third-party platform limitations, outages, or changes that may impact the functionality of your system.

Proposal & Payment Terms

All proposals issued by Studio One remain valid for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of issue. Payment must be made in full within this timeframe in order to secure your project. If payment is not received within this period, Studio One reserves the right to withdraw the proposal and is under no obligation to honour the original terms or availability. Work will not commence until payment has been received. Due to the bespoke and strategic nature of the services provided, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Where a payment plan has been agreed in writing, all instalments must be paid on the agreed dates, and failure to do so may result in work being paused or withdrawn.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing all materials required to complete your project, including branding assets, content, and access to relevant platforms. If you have not engaged Studio One for branding or content services, you must ensure that all assets are supplied in full and in a finalised state. Studio One is not responsible for delays, limitations, or outcomes affected by incomplete or inaccurate materials. You agree to provide timely communication, feedback, and approvals throughout the project, understanding that delays on your part will impact scheduling and delivery.

Timelines & Scheduling

Project timelines are confirmed individually following onboarding and once all required materials have been received. Studio One operates a structured scheduling model, and your project is allocated dedicated time within this. Delays in communication, feedback, or asset delivery may result in your project being paused or rescheduled to a future availability window. Studio One does not guarantee immediate continuation of work following such delays.

Inactivity & Project Closure

If there is a lack of communication, feedback, or provision of required materials for a period of thirty (30) days, your project will be considered inactive and may be paused. If inactivity extends to ninety (90) days, the project will be formally closed. At this stage, all work completed to date will be considered final, no refunds will be issued, and Studio One will have no obligation to continue or complete the project. Should you wish to proceed after this point, a new proposal will be required, and a new project fee will apply.

Revisions & Refinement

Upon completion, you will receive a full walkthrough of your system along with one round of revisions. Any revisions must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery. This revision period allows for reasonable adjustments, corrections, and refinements within the agreed scope of work. It does not include additional features, structural changes, or new elements. Any work beyond this scope will be quoted separately. Revisions requested after the seven-day period will be treated as new work and charged accordingly.

Testing & Handover

You are responsible for reviewing and testing your system upon delivery. Any issues identified within the revision period will be addressed as part of the agreed refinements. Following this period, the project will be considered complete and accepted. Any further support, updates, or modifications will be subject to additional fees.

Communication

Communication during active project periods is available via email and WhatsApp between Monday and Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UK time). While voice notes may be used for convenience, all key decisions, approvals, and changes must be confirmed in writing via email. Studio One is not responsible for actions taken based on informal or unconfirmed communication.

Intellectual Property

All systems, frameworks, templates, and processes developed and used within Studio One remain the intellectual property of Studio One. Upon completion, you are granted a licence to use your system for your own business purposes. You may not replicate, resell, or distribute any part of Studio One’s proprietary systems or materials without prior written consent.

Showcase Rights

Studio One reserves the right to showcase completed work, including designs, systems, and features, within its portfolio and marketing materials. If you wish to opt out of this, you must notify Studio One in writing prior to the commencement of your project.

Cancellations

Once a project has been confirmed and scheduled, cancellations are not permitted. Due to the allocation of time, resources, and strategic input, all payments remain due and non-refundable.

Liability Disclaimer

Studio One is not liable for any financial loss, business performance outcomes, or disruptions arising from the use or implementation of your system. This includes, but is not limited to, user error, third-party platform issues, or changes made after handover. All systems are delivered in line with best practices at the time of completion.

Agreement

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full, and that you accept your responsibilities within the project.
